Our birria is a traditional Mexican dish consisting of slow-braised beef served in a spicy, aromatic broth. The meat becomes so tender that it practically melts in your mouth. Birria is typically served with tacos, in which the juicy meat is wrapped and then dipped in the hot broth for an even more intense flavour. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Mexican flavours!
Recommendation: serve with onions, coriander, limes and salsa taquera.
